Batwood Vanilla Bourbon Porter

Big, bold, and sweet with a kick. The Batwood Vanilla Bourbon Porter is deep brown with a tan pillowy head. Chocolate, Crystal and Black malts combine to form a thick malty body with hints of coffee and sweet molasses. Vanilla beans and additions of Kentucky bourbon and oak in the aging process round out this complex flavor profile.

Colonel Hopkins Kentucky Sour

Two of Kentucky’s greatest flavors combined in one. With its deep copper color and sweet, malty body this style showcases the bourbon barrel aging process perfectly. Caramel malt and flaked corn provide the color and round body, and they are complemented with just a hint of bittering from Cluster and Vanguard hops. All that sweet bourbon flavor, none of the burn.

East 5th Vanilla Wit

This beer pours creamy and smooth, developing a frothy, pale head. White wheat and honey malts combine with flaked oats and Belgian yeast to give a round and sweet body. Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans, saaz and centennial hops produce notes of sweet vanilla and citrus.

Farmers Market Fruit Sour

Tangy and tart with a crisp bite, this offering balances lactobacillus sour mash with wheat and oats to produce a pale golden Belgian sour. Magnum and Goldings hops complement the tart body and complete the farm fresh flavor with floral aromas.

Founders Square Wheat Ale: 

An all American golden wheat, you’ll notice a smooth and hazy straw colored pour, capped with a light white head.  The body gets its golden haze from a generous combination of white wheat malt and pale 2 row barley.  The aroma and light bittering are thanks to the quintessentially American Willamette and Cascade hops, giving off notes of grapefruit and spice. The combination is crisp and refreshing, perfect for year round enjoyment, just as the founders intended.

Nightrider Chocolate Stout

Black as the night sky, with a crisp, pale head, this creamy chocolate stout is perfect to satisfy a sweet tooth. Amber and caramel malts provide the backdrop for real cocoa nibs.

Little River Imperial IPA

Bold with a bite, this hop forward offering gets its bittering from generous additions of Columbus and Citra Hops, before being dry hopped to give notes of citrus and tropical fruits. The higher ABV and deep amber color come from healthy doses of Vienna, Munich and Carapils malts.

Ol' Pennyroyal Pale Ale

A pale golden ale with complex hop notes. The Pennyryle Pale Ale gets its light body from pale 2 row, Munich and pilsner malts.  The aroma is floral with notes of lemon, orange and spice, from the additions of Amarillo, Perle and Crystal hops.

Barrel Aged Kentucky Sour
